1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VentureProbe (the "Service"), operated by VentureProbe ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
VentureProbe is a market intelligence platform that analyzes publicly available online conversations to surface pain points, score business ideas, monitor brand mentions, track AI recommendation visibility, and facilitate outreach discovery. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Free Trial
New accounts receive a 3-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
Subscription Plans
The Service offers multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, and Team) at prices listed on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of your first paid charge, contact us at support@ventureprobe.com for a full refund.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Use the Service to harass, spam, or send unsolicited messages
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the Service
- Resell access to the Service without our written consent
- Use automated tools to access the Service beyond the intended interface
- Violate Reddit's or any third-party platform's terms of service through your use of our tools
6. Intellectual Property
Our Content
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by VentureProbe and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
Your Data
You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (saved ideas, custom analyses, notes). We claim no ownership over your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.
Generated Content
Ideas, analyses, and reports generated by the Service are provided for your use. You may use generated content for commercial purposes. However, generated content is based on publicly available data and AI analysis — we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or completeness of any analysis, score, or recommendation
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Security of data transmission
Idea scores, pain point analyses, and market intelligence are informational tools — not guarantees of business success. You are solely responsible for your business decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VentureProbe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VentureProbe, its founder, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data 30 days after account termination.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
